• Please note:Parties, any type of decoration, celebration, events etc. are not allowed inside the flat.Strictly no visitors allowed in the flat at any circumstances without prior information.
• Don’t eat/drink on bed or sofa and respect to the bedsheets, towels and quilts.
• Don’t relocate things.Don’t take anything kept inside from the flat without asking or informing.
• Report damage immediately.Turn off the Geyser after taking shower.Switch off all lights and appliances such as AC, TV, Geyser, check gas stove nobs are properly closed before stepping out each time.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the flat.
• However, you can smoke in the balcony area.
• Hukkah & Shisha are not allowed anywhere in the property.
• Strictly no drugs and syringe or related to these are allowed in the premises.
• You'll held responsible if you/guests found with any of these.
• A 5000 rs PENALTY would be applicable per guest per each instance.
• Loud Music/ Dancing is not allowed as it may cause a nuisance to neighbours and will result in the termination of the reservation with no refund and additional penalties.
• Do not throw anything in the washroom flush it may cause blockage in pipes or plant which’ll lead to issues.
