Know Before You Go

• Age between 1 to 0 is considered children.
• CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMINGCHECK-IN TIME : 2PM.CHECK-OUT TIME : 11AM. Early Check-In or a late Check-Out would be subject to availability upon Intimation to us and It would be charged at INR 400 per hour.CLEANING: Kindly note that cleaning charges from this platform are paid towards setting up, cleaning up and sanitizing the premises in anticipation of your arrival rather than during your stay.
• Our staff will provide a clean-up (sweeping, swabbing, bathrooms and not dishes) on daily basis between 09:00hrs to 18:00hrs days.
• Linens and towels are changed once every two days on request.Please utilize the provided segregated garbage bins for your waste rather than leaving it lying around or putting it in the wrong bins.Additional clean ups can be requested as per staff availability and will be chargeable at ₹500/-We want to make you as content as possible during your stay with us, but please do be respectful of our space.
• While we'd love for you to treat the premises and outdoor areas as your own and enjoy them thoroughly, please be respectful of our space and keep it reasonably clean.Additional Linens are chargeable at Rs. 800/- per extra change.
• SWIMMING POOL:Swimming Pool hours are 7am to 12 Noon- 2PM to 8 PM (Monday Closed)
• Proper swim wear required to avail the swimming pool facility.
• This means that you would be required to wear bathing suits rather than regular clothes, t-shirts, denim shorts and so forth for the sake of hygiene.No food items & beverages (alcoholic or otherwise) are allowed in the pool.Hosts and Caretakers are not responsible for any accidents or events arising from the guest’s usage of the pool.
• Kindly note that Pool Maintenance is carried out on Monday and usage might be restricted accordingly PETS: We are pet lovers, but pets are only allowed at the property subject to prior approval of the hosts.
• Please intimate us regarding your desire to travel with a pet prior to arrival.Pet Fee would be charged on arrival INR 1000/- per pet per stay.
• You will be responsible for cleaning up after your pet and its bathroom habits.Our staff will absolutely not be picking up and accidents.Please ensure that your pet is walked and does not do its business in public places on the premises where it causes a hindrance to others.ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Admittance to the property will only be given to the registered guests and no additional persons will be permitted to stay overnight in any circumstances.
• Extra guest would be charged at INR 1000/- upon clearing it directly with us for staying overnight ID proof of any additional person entering our property is mandatory in case they are here to visit the registered guest.
• Visitors are not allowed after 10:00 PMSecurity Deposit:At the time of check-in you are requested for security deposit of INR 3000 through Scanner only (No Cash) to our property manager which will be refunded at the time of check-out.Kindly share the Photo IDs (Aadhar, Driving License, Passport , Voter Card) for all the guests staying with us on or before 24 Hours prior to your arrival.
• This is mandatory as we need to inform the Building Management and Security of your arrival for smooth check-in.Our Standard Check in time 2:00 PMOur Standard Check Out time 11:00 AM.
