• - Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked.
• This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.- College students are not permitted to stay at the villa.- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.- A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected before check-in.POLICIESTaxi services can be availed at the villa.
• The cost depends upon the distance travelled.- Stags are not allowed to stay at the villa.ADDITIONAL COSTSThis entire amount is refunded within two working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The pool depth goes up to 5 ft.
• Caution is advised, especially if children are staying at the villa.In case of any delays or other grievances, guests can reach out to guestsupport@stayvista.com for assistance.- There are CCTV cameras in the indoor and outdoor area for security purposes.While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!- Pets are not allowed.- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
• However, you can smoke outdoors.- Drinking is allowed at the villa.-The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit.
