- The deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 5–7 working days after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property, violations of house rules, or delays in check-out procedures.
- In case of any deductions, guests will receive a detailed breakdown.
- There are no pets living on the property Pets NOT allowed within the premises.
- Smoking within the premises is not allowed.
- Unmarried couples allowed Guests below 18 years of age NOT allowed.
