• This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.All-male groups are not allowed.The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.Alcohol consumption is allowed everywhere except in the bedrooms.There are CCTV cameras at the entrance of the villa for security purposes.Children must be supervised.Any eatables dropped would attract ants and insects, hence guests are requested to keep the space clean.Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.In case of any delays or other grievances, guests can reach out to guestsupport@stayvista.com for assistance.Please note that the parking space is outside the main entrance where guests can park their cars at their own risk.Loud music is not allowed post 10:00 PM.Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.The caretaker stays on the premises of the property.This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
