Know Before You Go

• Age between 1 to 0 is considered children.
• Below are the house rules for your reference, hope you'll follow these, so you can have a pleasant stay!1. **No Visitors Policy:** Only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
• Any additional visitors must be approved by the host in advance.2. **No Smoking Policy:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property/society.
• This is a residential complex so please maintain the decorum.
• Any violation will lead to INR 10,000 PENALTY.3. **No Parties Policy:** Parties or events are not allowed on the premises.
• Quiet hours must be observed between 8pm to 8 am.4. **No Pets Policy:** Pets are not allowed.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply if any pets are there.5. **Respect Neighbors:** Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.6. **Property Care:** Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and in good condition during their stay.
• Any damages must be reported to the host immediately.7. **Check-in/Check-out Times:** Check-in and check-out times must be strictly adhered to.8. **Guest Limit:** The maximum number of guests allowed to stay is 3.
• Any additional guests are not allowed, if any unregistered guests are found, booking will be cancelled with no refund.9. **Utilities Usage:** Guests are expected to use utilities (water, electricity, etc.) responsibly and conserve energy whenever possible.10. **Cancellation Policy:** Refer to the Airbnb listing for the cancellation policy.
• Guests are expected to adhere to the specified terms.11. **Compliance with Laws:** Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay, use of drugs/substance abuse is strictly not allowed, if found matter will be reported to local authorities and dealt accordingly.12. **Require valid ID** proof before check-in.
• For foreign nationals need visa and passport copies.
• Indian nationals need to share their Aadhar or DL or passport copies.13.
• Guests are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal property during their stay.
• Lite Stays and its staff shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings, whether left in the accommodation or common areas.
• Guests are strongly advised not to leave cash, jewelry, electronics, or other valuables unattended in the property.14.
• In the event that belongings are left behind after checkout, Lite Stays is not obligated to store or return such items.
• As a courtesy, if items are found by our staff, we will attempt to contact the guest within 24 hours of discovery.
• Any unclaimed items will be stored (if feasible) for a maximum of 7 days from the date of checkout.
• After this period, items will be considered abandoned and disposed of appropriately.
• By confirming a reservation at Lite Stays, guests agree to this Lost & Found Policy and acknowledge that Lite Stays is not liable for any personal belongings left behind, lost, or damaged during or after their stay.
