Come experience ultra luxury at our 2BHK apartment located in Nerul, North Goa. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the gated community and has 2 bedrooms along with a sofa-cum bed for the 5th and 6th guest. We also provide housekeeping once a day. The apartment has an equipped kitchen and the two rooms are air-conditioned with open closets. The living room is large and is equipped with a TV. The Space Enter the community known as El Rosario. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the entrance opens up into the living area. The living area has a large TV, a sofa cum bed, large French windows for natural light and a dining table for 4. The kitchen has a cooking stove and a microwave along with sufficient cutlery and crockery. We also have a washing machine placed in the kitchen. Each room has large queen sized beds, open closets and windows and they are air-conditioned. The washrooms are attached to each room. We do not encourage smoking indoors and you can use the balconies to smoke. The 1st room has magnificent views of the forest and the entire neighborhood is peaceful. The complex comes with a beautiful common swimming pool which can be used between 8 am to 8 pm. Please note that no drinks, food or music is allowed by the pool and you can only enter in proper swim-wear. Loud music is also not allowed in the apartment. This space is suitable for guests coming to relax and enjoy Goa in a soothing manner. Our property manager will be there to welcome you on check in. Guest Access You can access your entire apartment.
